Arriving for your spa experience:

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your spa appointment to allow time to check-in and change for your personalized experience.

Children:

Spa:  Guests must be 12 years of age or older.

Salon:  Well behaved children accompanied by an adult are welcome in the salon.

Cellular Phones

For the comfort and relaxation of all spa guests cellular phones are to be turned off in the spa area.

No Smoking

We ensure a healthy, nurturing environment for all our clients. So we observe the Colorado State Smoking Ban.

Therapist Licensing Requirements:

As of April 1, 2009, all massage therapists practicing in Colorado must be state registered.  Rest assured, Rumors employs only registered massage therapists.  If you have any question or concerns please let us know.  We take this issue very seriously.
